HOW TO LOOK AFTER OUR SKIN

Good Afternoon Medistars!! Everyone wants perfect skin, so how do we get it? We need to follow some basic steps every day…

It can be hard to get into a routine, but it’s very important if we want beautiful skin, and once you start seeing results, there’s no going back 🙂

Everyone’s skin is different (dry, normal, mixed, greasy, sensitive…) We have to bear this in mind when choosing products and make sure we give our skin the products it needs.

Steps:

We are going to use our Alpaha-h and Dermaceutic products as examples as they are the products we use at Medispa, but bear in mind that every persons skin will need different products.

  1. Every morning when we wake up, we need to cleanse our face. A good cleanser to use would be Triple action cleanser by Alpha-h for mixed skin types, which removes dirt and make-up.
  2. Next, we need to tone the skin to close the pores and brighten the skin. We recommend using Instant facial by Alpha-h.
  3. Finally, we apply a day cream with sun protection. This is very important, especially living in Spain. We love using K-ceutic by Dermaceutic, because as well as hydrating and protecting the skin, it also contains vitamins so we don’t need to apply a serum as well (if our day cream didn’t contain vitamins, we would recommend using a serum under our day cream that contains vitamins).
  4. At night, we cleanse and tone like we have done in the morning, then we just switch the day cream for a night cream, as we don’t need sun protection, and we can use a stronger product. We recommend using C25 cream by Dermaceutic, that contains vitamin C, A, and E.We hope you enjoyed reading the blog and that we were able to help you :)! These are only basic steps, and extra treatments and products can be added to your daily routine. The best thing to do is to have a free consultation with one of our therapists, and she will be able to recommend what products and what treatments would be best for your skin. Feel free to call us and book your free consultation :D!
