OPERATION BIKINI

Today we want to talk to you about operation bikini! Summer is on the way and we have to get our bodies ready 😀

Here are three easy steps to get our dream body:

  1. Make sure you get 6-8 hours sleep every day. Sleep is fundamental for our health and our body.
    2. Make sure we have a healthy and balanced diet, and have 5 meals per day. It’s not necessary to follow a strict diet if we don’t want to loose a lot of weight, but we do need to make sure we eat healthily.
    3. Exercise 3-4 times per week, as this is good for our mind and body.  

Try and do these three things every day, and you will start to notice changes… You will feel better, you will be happier and you will live longer!

Here are some healthy recipes and some simple exercises…

These are simple exercises that can be done at home. After a few weeks, you can add weights to the exercises so that they are harder.

For breakfast, opt for carbohydrates like cereal or toast with turkey meat. This will give us an energy boost for the morning 🙂

  

For lunch there is so much choice, here are two options:

  • Chicken, pineapple, avocado. tomato and onion salad.
  • Pasta with red pepper, onion, courgette, fresh tomato and green asparagus.

    

For dinner, there are also many options. Dinner should be the meal that has the least calories. Here are two examples:

  • Scrambled eggs with spinach and cured ham.
  • Grilled salmon with vegetables.

   

So we have two meals left to eat, so these can be snacks we eat in between meals. Try snacking on a natural yoghurt, a handful of dried fruits or some fresh fruit!
