Good Afternoon Medistars! Today we are going to leave you with some beauty tips that actually work :D!

As we are all heading to the beach and the pool, the first tip is how to tan more quickly! The trick is to drink this juice daily, and you will soon see your skin getting more tanned!

  • Carrot
  • Apple
  • 2 cabbage leaves
  • Water

 

 

Lots of us complain about our hair having split ends…It’s inevitable, and a trim is recommended every three months. We also have a hair mask recipie that can be applied to the hair twice a week for 30 minutes. We would then rinse it out and wash our hair as normal.

 

 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon of almond oil (15 g)
  • 1 egg yolk

 

 

 

Our diet is something we all worry about. We need to remember that it’s not about the the quantity of food we eat, its what food we eat! We have to make sure we eat a healthy and balanced diet, but as everyone is different here are a few general tips to loose weight:

-Walk every morning before breakfast for an hour. You will see results in one month. It’s all about willpower! :)!

-Drink at least 2 litres of water every day. It will leave you feeling energized and you will retain less liquid in your body.

-Eat five times a day, and then you won’t need such a big meal in the evening.

-Don’t eat too many carbohydrates, especially after 5pm!

We all want a perfect white smile, but whitening your teeth professionally can damage them, so here’s a tip that will help whiten them without having to go to the dentist and without any side effects. All you have to do is put a little bit of bicarbonate of soda on top of your toothpaste once or twice a week and brush your teeth with this paste. It really does work!
